Countryman & Co. was founded to contribute to the enrichment of the architectural and urban environment.  REVIT Technician / Project Manager -

REVIT Production Lead Responsibilities:

1. Has an understanding of how Construction Documents are organized,

and knows how to best incorporate new information.

2. Can model new elements, and work with staff producing renderings.

3. Can incorporate a structural model into an architectural model.

4. Knows how to progressively take a project through phases of completion.

Project Management Responsibilities:

1. Able to track and ensure project requirements are included in the final product.

2. Share information in a timely manner with consultants and team.

3. Able to supervise, and help, less experienced staff.

4. Able to review for coordination and quality control.

5. Able to create a work plan / project schedule with a fair amount of accuracy.

6. Passion for processes, procedures and lists.

7. Owner mindset.
